Bubblr is a fun photo editor which allows you to easily add cartoon style speech and thought bubbles to your photographs.
Bubblr is perfect for creating funny animal photos or for joking with your friends & family.
Simply select the photo you want to edit then add up to 3 bubbles with your chosen text.
You can alter the style and direction of the bubbles as well as changing the position of each bubble simply by dragging it into place on your photo.
