Application Description
This is a handy calculator for home brewers and pro brewers alike.
The app performs some useful calculations which will help make more consistent beer. These are the sort of calculations that you need done when you are standing next to the boil kettle, such as:
- converts degrees brix to specific gravity (refractometer to hydrometer)
- determines how much DME/LME or water to add to achieve your desired pre-boil gravity
- calculates IBU's if you need to adjust your bittering addition (or others)
Currently all calculations are performed in metric it is my intention to make imperial units a future option in the app.
