Brama an acronym of Braglia manufactures, was born in Modena in 1956 in the middle of an industrialized area specialized for years in the production of knitwear. From the very beginning, Brama's offer a highest range of brands The founder of the company, Renzo Braglia Sr, grandson of the 3 times olympic winner, in London in 1908 and Stockholm in 1912 Alberto Braglia, together with his son Paolo, found theirselves immersed in the middle of an economical expansion period and based their business in the high end quality of their final product choosing quality over quantity and reaching great positioning within the field.
From the manufacturing business, mainly developed by third parties, Brama jumped into distribution in 1990, expanding its business range to the whole national territory.
Renzo Jr. joined Paoloís team in the 1980ís when the company began demanding more energy and began getting more complex in a daily basis. At the end of the 80ís and when having achieved great manufacturing succes, father and son accepted a new challenge. At the end of the 90ís they went International and joined the global market. This caused the separation and the lines splitted as per every different life style needs. In 2001 they adopted a new strategy which as a result created Brama Sportswear. Paolo and Renzo expanded into the American continent and their presence in Europe became very well known. Their fast growing company bursted a higher commercial net which forced them to once again redefine and expand their products and represented brands.This as a result allowed them to update and reinforce the rest of their company departments.
