Brainglu - makes study stick!

Brainglu is the perfect app for anyone who is taking a course which results in an exam. Enter your course information by block, exam and topic to give yourself an overview of the work ahead. During your studies enter key facts and topic notes. Then when exam time comes use the app to organise and keep on top of your study and use the notes and key facts you have created to get the grade you deserve!

Brainglu has been user tested by students in UK schools and this has helped shape it's development. Comments from these sessions include:

Course Information
- Store exams in named groups.
- Enter your exam name and date.
- Enter topics related to the exam.
- Topics have a status of red, amber or green depending on how happy you are with your understanding of that topic.

Key Facts
- Key facts are attached to topics.
- Enter a fact e.g. 'Brainglu is an application which helps you take exams'.
- Add a photograph e.g. the Brainglu logo.
- Add a question e.g. 'What is Brainglu?'.
- You can then view your key facts purely as facts or in a 'question and reveal answer' format.
- You can also filter your key facts viewing or test down to the exam block, exam or topic of your choosing.

Topic To Do List
- Used during your final studies to organise your learning for each exam.
- Get an idea of how much work is left by listing the study topics by days left to the exam, time you have spent on each topic or how happy you are with your understanding of each topic.
- Select a topic to concentrate your study session on it. Time your study of the topic and take notes. Then indicate how happy you are with your understanding.
- Browse and create more key facts for that topic.

Some examples of getting the most out of Brainglu:
- If you are at the start of your course then use Brainglu as you study to store key facts which you know will be important come exam time.
- If you are at the end of your course and about to take your exams then use Brainglu to get an overview of the task ahead by entering all of your exam information and then time your sessions and set topics to green as you progress through them. Enter key facts as you study.
