Bow Coach has been studied and developed in order to manage the archer’s training. It can manage many profiles, so coaches who need to control several athletes can also use it. 
It contains more than 100 exercises that come with a text, a video or picture and sound.
It presents customized trainings, based on the number of weekly sessions, on the scheduled months and on the bow used. The trainings follow the principles of the load and unload, so that the athlete can reach his/her best form when needed.
The number of arrows, that can be changed depending on the training, is based on the principle of supercompensation.
The coach or athlete will always be proposed 4 exercises: aiming and contact points; balance; technique and proprioception. After the generic exercises there will be an evaluation exercise, where the athlete will have to judge his/her performance. Then My Coach will propose again those exercises that received the lowest values.
In the application there is also a competition journal where the athlete or coach can write down the place of the competition, the kind of competition, the points, the weather and some notes.
There is also another option, the statistics. It shows the trainings, the evaluation of the exercises, the statistics of the competitions and the best total and partial results, with the average points for every kind of competition.
