BorrowerMobile is a FREE application that allows potential borrowers to fill in, sign and submit a mortgage application to their broker or lender directly from their iPad. This app provides access to mortgage forms and the ability to apply without the use of paper, scanners, etc. Borrowers can simply type in the information on the iPad, then sign and initial with a finger or stylus and submit the completed forms to their mortgage specialist.

Smart screens automatically pre-populate information based on borrower’s input. Paper-like designs provide look and feel identical to the printed forms.

This application has been designed with an emphasis on security. Access to the application is secured by a personal PIN that is specified during initial use. The information provided is not shared with anybody else and only the borrower may submit it to their broker or lender of choice. All submissions are processed via strongly encrypted channels utilizing the latest available SSL technology.
