Application Description
BorderUp is a simple app that helps you learn US states, or just provides you with something to do when you have a few minutes to spare. Familiar map pins are dropped along US state borders over a map. It’s your job to clear them out as fast as possible and maybe learn the states along the way. It’s like flashcards but actually fun. As the developer, I’ve personally brushed up on the states throughout the testing process!
Key Features
•Choose to play a “Quick 10” or “All 50” state round. States are presented randomly in either case
•Choose if you’d like to be asked about state names. If so, the map will not show names and after clearing the pins you’ll be asked to identify the state
•There is a very quick way to remove pins - if you can find it
•Keep track of your best times
•Share your results through text, email, or directly to Facebook
