Welcome to the crazy world of Bongo Fever!
You are Ughli, a young member of the Wughli Tribe tasked to cook a meal in honour of the Volcano Gods. The only problem is, the Big Chief of your Tribe has been smoking his peace pipe again, and rather than passing you his meat and two veg, he's throwing whatever he can lay his hands on at you... from bananas, pineapples and steaks to tyres, teddy bears and bowling balls.
Without making a meal of the situation, armed only with your trusty bongo youíll just have to get on with sorting the real ingredients from the junk.
No one ever said this was going to be easy!
As items are thrown from the Big Chief's hut, you have to bounce them on your bongo until they drop into the bubbling cauldron. Food items go in the pot, but everything else is either left to hit the ground, or bounce off into the distance.
Get all the food items in the cauldron and you'll be eating well at the Volcano God Festival. Get too many junk items in the pot, and it's you who'll be getting eaten instead!
Bongo Fever is a simple, highly addictive, nonsensical bit of retro gaming! ...It's set on a desert island, the main character is caucasian and probably shouldn't be and, for some unknown reason, he's using a bongo drum to bounce food and junk about in the air. But who cares when it's this much fun?!!!
