Application Description
Welcome to Bofie’s Bakery for your iPad, the place for your child’s first introduction to fractions and division.
Based on the most current research in early childhood cognition and videogame fun, you and your child have six super-challenging missions ahead of you.
Your first priority is helping 12-year old Bofie save her family’s bakery from Sammy the Sweet Tooth. Sammy is on his way to eating every last birthday cake and chocolate chip cookie in the city, and your job is to stop him in his tracks.
Game Features
•6 interactive missions highlighting the educational literature of how to introduce children to fractions for the first time. Along the way to catching Sammy, children will lay the groundwork for early division using the fair sharing model, as well as forming strong benchmarks for the numbers ½ and 1 whole.
•Voiceover audio for your heroine Bofie, so parents can share with children under the age of 7
