This little application helps you follow your weight and take care of yourself.
On the first opening you simply set your size, sex and age and the application tells you what is your ideal weight and what is your BMI (Body Mass Index). With that information you know if you actually are in a good weight and how it is important on your health.
Once a week or a month you enter your actual weight and the application shows you a curve where you can follow you progress and see if you are in a good BMI or not.
