This App allows you to simply drag and drop value factors and shift offering levels up and down to edit the strategy canvas. As you reorder the value factors, the App instantly reconfigures the value curves according to the new arrangement.

Visualize the Eliminate – Reduce – Raise – Create Grid

Complementing the strategy canvas is the Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create (ERRC) Grid to help you formulate your future to-be strategy. This tool call asks you to consider each of the four actions (eliminating, reducing, raising, and creating) that are essential to unlocking a new blue ocean by flagging when strategies are focused on only differentiation or lowering cost.

Save and share strategy canvases

Additionally, the app enables users to save and share canvases, encouraging teamwork whether your team is in the same room or dispersed across regions. Team members can easily export and import files for editing; those team-mates who do not have the app installed can view high-quality images of the work. The app also features built-in Dropbox integration so users can instantly share work with one another.
