Bloomspot for Merchants provides a faster, easier way to redeem certificates and keeps information in sync across multiple store locations.

With this app merchants can do the following directly from their mobile device:

- Find certificates by scanning a QR code
- Find certificates by searching certificate number or customer name
- Redeem certificates
- Add customer notes
- Track total bill and tip amount
- View redemption history by day
- See offer details and restrictions

Any updates made on one mobile device are updated for all devices logged into the same merchant account, and on the web based Bloomspot Merchant Dashboard.

To use this app, simply download onto your device, and log in with your merchant ID and password. Once you do, your current certificates, their redemption status, and your customer notes will be downloaded to your device. You’ll be ready to start using seconds after logging in.
