Then, any time you receive a call from a number that isn't recognized simple add it to the "Do Not Answer" contact using the iPhone's build-in addressbook and "Add to Existing Contact" button.

Any time you want the latest updates just run the app and hit the 'sync' button located in the top left! In addition to having the latest telemarketer list, you'll be contributing to the database through your own modifications to it!
