This app helps students and teachers navigate the complicated world of block scheduling. Unlike regularly scheduled “periods” each day, block scheduling cycles classes through a multi-day sequence independent of the traditional 5 day cycle. Modified block schedules further complicate the cycle by having 2 or more different sequences.

The Block Scheduling app fixes all that by synchronizing the student’s individual schedule with the school’s academic calendar thereby letting him/her know what classes are coming up today, tomorrow and throughout the year! Several easy-to-access screens show what’s happening today, this month, and any point in the year. It is smart enough to know which “Day” of the block scheduling cycle it is.
