Application Description
App for service technicians. Integration with Jeeves service module.
Let your service technicians report their work in a mobile interface to make your service processes more efficient and to reduce the time to invoice!
BizzoService is an app for companies using the service modules in Jeeves ERP system. The app lets the service technician access his orders with all the necessary information. The technician reports back the time and materials spent directly in the app that syncs back to Jeeves.
The app was developed in a close cooperation between Bero Media AB and
Bizzo Enterprise AB. Together, we know both the industry and the system!
Features:
* Log in as a service technician and see your orders.
* Report your time and select the time codes, rates, charge codes and make comments.
* View information about each job, such as error codes, priority codes, date, item description, serial number, comments, service report types, contact details and customer details.
* Information specified on the service order is searchable, making specific orders or jobs easy to find.
* Get an overview on earlier events and order history.
* Report material usage; both planned withdrawals and spontaneous purchases made for a specific job.
