Together with the app, the Bill My Rounds service is the fastest and easiest way for physicians to capture charges for billing. Charge capture is reduced from minutes to seconds. It eliminates paper documentation, scribbled hand-writing, complex data entry screens, and fumbling through small interfaces on mobile devices. Physicians simply record the patient name and diagnoses and procedures, either at the time of service, or at the end of the day. Recordings are automatically uploaded to the Bill My Rounds servers, where the Bill My Rounds staff transcribes the charges within 24 hours. Charge data is automatically available for the physician and his or her billing staff via our free web-based interface, which displays charges in an easy to read format by date, patient, and facility. Data can also be exported into common billing software.
