The Bike And Walk app was inspired by the National Bicycle and Pedestrian Documentation Project which endeavors to collect statistics on the number of people across the U.S. riding bicycles and walking rather than using motorized transportation. Bike And Walk is designed to be used in a number of applications where organizations are documenting bicycle and pedestrian traffic and trends.

To use the app, simply drag and drop a "traveler" onto a lane of travel. When your count is finished, a report can be emailed to your count administrator. That’s really all there is to it.
