Tired of forgetting electricity cutting hours in Beirut, Lebanon? Well, here's a solution! This great App tells it all!

This App would inform you about the period electricity is off on any day you want in the past or in the future.

Only those living in Beirut would appreciate “Beirut Electricity” because they daily suffer forgetting when electricity is off.

You need to know that electricity in Beirut city (capital of Lebanon) is off everyday for three hours, and each day these three hours are withdrawn backwards. For example, if the power today is off from 3:00 PM till 6:00 PM, so tomorrow it will be off from 12:00 PM till 3:00 PM and so forth until reaching 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM, and then it switches back to be off from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM. It’s weird and this App is here to solve the calculation problem for you.

When you first launch the App, you need to configure it by specifying the day and time cut range, and based on your input you can find when the electricity will be off at your location any time and on any day.

As everybody in Lebanon knows, the problem of electricity is definitely not going to be solved in the near future, so you will sure need this App.

I first developed this App to help my family get to know when electricity is off daily. But then I thought that all Beirut inhabitants would benefit out of it.

How to use the multi-gesture features of the App?

1- Double tap in order to jump to today's cut off time.
2- Swipe from right to left to increase the day by one day.
3- Swipe from left to right to decrease the day by one day.
4- Swipe two fingers upward to select any date from a date Picker.

The App supports the Retina display, and it's AdMob supported as well.
