This iPhone application uses a server to communicate with it and the following data is sent to the server:

-String which was read out of the barcode.
-GPS location from the position where the barcode was read.
-Date and time when the barcode was read.
-May be configured to show different output messages for different barcodes.
-Time to next scan can be determined depending from barcode just scanned.
-You may store also any number of many items you may have for a specific barcode.

This software is supplied as a source code for PHP + MYSQL and later for others (ASP + MSSQL, ...). This software inserts data into databases.
