Application Description
This application is meant to help you select the proper plates in gym for desired weight.
First column displays the total weight with the selected bar.
Other columns display the number of corresponding plates that are necessary on each side of the bar to obtain the desired total weight.
If you do not have the suggested plates, you can adjust the individual plates to come up with the desired weight.
Switch the LBS to KGS to see corresponding Kilogram weights.
