Application Description
BandHelper builds on the repertoire functionality of the popular Set List Maker app, adding functions to manage your band's schedule and finances. BandHelper can also sync documents and recordings, and includes a web interface to update data from your computer. The BandHelper app requires an account at bandhelper.com.
REPERTOIRE: Build a master song list, then attach all the data your band needs: keys, tempos, lyrics, charts, recordings or MIDI presets. Label the songs you need to practice, or compile set lists with an easy drag-and-drop interface. Your bandmates can log into the website to access all this data, or sync it to their iOS devices for rehearsal or on-stage use.
SCHEDULE: Streamline the back-and-forth process of booking gigs by sending automated availability requests and confirmations to your bandmates. Your scheduled events will appear on a calendar that your bandmates can check from the website or the app. You can even link phone numbers and maps for quick access on your way to a gig.
FINANCE: Take control of your band's income and expenses by logging each transaction from the website or the app. Then let BandHelper calculate the payout for each bandmate after every gig, or carry over their earnings until a scheduled payday. Your bandmates can view a report showing their current balance and their total earnings over time.
