  A couple of big changes accompany this release:
  
  The addition of being able to enter and save expenses when there’s no data connection (useful when in Airplane-mode). The expenses saved while offline will automatically sync when the app is opened and it finds a data connection.
  
  We’ve also updated the interface to streamline the workflows and relieve some confusion. The app will now make it easier to enter an expense with more than one line item.
  
  There are also a number of other UI improvements both that were requested and that were planned prior to the previous release.

  - Offline syncing of expenses
  - change items to details

  - reorder fields on line item detail view
  - rename attachments to receipts

  - Location and Association passed to next line item if amounts mismatch, title changes on line item state, minor tweaks to empty values on new line items.
  - Styling line item cell for new expense and existing expense to include and populate location value when present.
  - Fixed bug around populating line item location and association.
  - Undo scroll to dismiss keyboard on line item detail view.
  - Correctly filter account types when displayed in account picker
  - Default empty payment status to "None"
  - Default payment due date to today instead of just the display
  - Add bigger payment status cell to new expense view and change to dymanic text based on payment status
