Application Description
The Attendant App for BroadWorks is an iPad-based console for use by front office receptionists, enabling them to manage
inbound calls for small and medium enterprises.
Broadsoft Attendant App supports the following features:
Queue Management Features
Support for Single Queue
Queue Manipulation with moving calls in a queue
Contacts Management
Ability to display all the contacts
Ability to display the details of contact through a popup
Keyword Contacts Search - Search by Name, Number, Title or Department
Settings
To manage Night Mode settings of the Receptionist, vacation, everyone
is a receptionist
Call Management Features
Call Initiation from the App - Initiate a call to a contact from the
contact list or dial a number on iPad to make the call on the
attendant phone(or mobile number of the receptionist)
Line Status - On-hook/Off-hook/DND/Ringing/Answered/Hold and Call
Forwarding status visually indicated on the iPad
Blind Transfer - Select any call in the Queue and transfer the call to
another contact/number
Transfer calls to voicemail - Select any call in the Queue and
transfer the call to voicemail
Transfer Active Call - Puts the active attendant call on hold and
transfer the call to another contact/number
Day/Night Mode - With one click, change the mode to day/night and
mange the d/n mode in the settings screen
