Application Description
Med applikasjonen Mobillett fra AtB kan du kjøpe enkeltbillett på buss og trikk innenfor sonen Stor-Trondheim.
Du kan velge mellom tre betalingsmåter:
- Mobilkonto (fylles opp via bankkort eller nettbank)
- Bankkort (Visa/Mastercard)
- Telefonregning
Mobilkonto gir deg 25 % rabatt på enkeltbillett for din kategori (voksen, barn/honnør). Rabatten gjelder ikke Nattbuss eller 24t billett. Påfylling kan gjøres i appen eller via www.atb.no.
Transaksjoner som involverer bankkort blir håndtert av Dibs som betalingsformidler. Dibs sørger for at kortopplysningene håndteres og evt lagres sikkert i henhold til kortselskapenes regler.
Fordeler med Mobillett:
- alltid billett tilgjengelig uten kontanter
- alltid tilgang til saldo på mobilkonto
- lagring av kortdata (Visa/Mastercard) kortinformasjon tastes inn kun en gang
- du kan reise umiddelbart etter opplasting av ny saldo
- familieløsning på Mobilkonto, legg til flere brukere, for eksempel dine barn eller ektefelle/samboer
- mulig å betale reisen for flere, for eksempel dine venner
For å kjøpe billetter må du opprette en bruker på ditt mobilnummer inne i Appen. En Mobillett kjøpes i god tid før bussen ankommer holdeplassen. Billetten varer i 90 minutter og forevises sjåføren ved ombordstigning. Husk å ta vare på meldingen under hele reisen for billettkontroll.

With the mobile ticketing application from AtB in Trondheim, Norway, you can easily buy single or combined tickets for city buses and the tram within the zone "Stor-Trondheim".
The ticket cost is deducted from your mobile account or your VISA/Mastercard. The mobile account can be instantly topped up with VISA/Mastercard. If you have a norwegian mobile phone subscription you have the option to charge your phone bill as well.
Purchase the Mobillett before the bus/tram arrives so that it’s ready when boarding. The ticket within the app displays an animation that clearly indicates how long the ticket is valid (1 hour and 30 minutes from the time of purchase).
