[Q] I just saw "Default Package" and I cannot do anything?
[A] If you have seen "Default Package" is something wrong when you were generating paintings. Please remove "Default Package" and then Download Gogh-Pack1, Monet-Pack1 for free in ArtColoring Store.
[Q] I cannot download any package. It is stopped at the “Download Package : 60%” screen.
[A] Generally, One package is 15~20 Mega Bytes. If your network bandwidth is low you will have to wait long time.(It seems to have stopped, but it really is to work.) We recommend that you use a Wi-Fi.
[Q] In ArtColoring Store, I often seen a message like this "Couldn't connect an ArtColoring Store" when I press one of package list.
[A] It is adding a new package. After it is released next version, you will be able to purchase this package.
