The Art Souterrain application is an indispensible tool to discover the contemporary artworks exhibited throughout Montreal’s underground city. Art Souterrain is a festival that takes over the public spaces of Montreal’s underground city on an annual basis to present the works of contemporary artists. This year, the Festival, featuring the “labyrinth” theme, will be launched on March 2nd, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., as part of the “Nuit Blanche à Montréal” and the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival. It will continue to run until March 17th, 2013 during regular hours. Visitors will have the chance to discover 130 contemporary art projects displayed in Montreal’s underground city spanning over a unique 7km trajectory.

This application presents all the artist projects, practical information on the exhibition sites, calendar of activities during the festival, and multimedia elements (photos, videos, and audio guides). It is also possible to share your impressions of the festival via social networks (Facebook and Twitter) and by sending in your own personal photographs.
