This app was created to celebrate the history of the Archdiocese and showcase the beauty of its parishes. Users can scroll through brief parish descriptions and hundreds of color photographs featuring Catholic Church interiors, exteriors and special treasures.
The text and photos of parishes in Chicago and suburban Cook and Lake counties included in this app were originally published in 2006 in a book titled Archdiocese of Chicago, A Journey of Faith.
NOTE TO USERS: This app contains over 1,000 photos and is approximately 160 MB. It will only download with a Wi-Fi connection.
