How does it work?

Open the app and you are immediately given the option of what performance level appraisal you want to write, from Good to Poor.

The faces clearly lead you from one screen to the next depending on the type of report you would want to write. All you need to do is they choose the face that matches the report you are writing.

The final screen lists a ‘power word bank’ that indicates what words should be contained in the report. This not only provides clarity on the level of report but also uniformity in your report writing style.
