aPperbook allows users to download and view their text books on the iPad. Designed specifically for use in schools and colleges, the App allows the user access all their textbooks through the same App. Each book is broken down into chapters, and once downloaded to the iPad can be securely accessed in online and offline mode.

Where a textbook publisher complements the book with other rich media content and files, access to this is enabled through the App in online mode.

Students can generate their own content in the book, similar to how they use printed textbooks. So pen, highlight, note and bookmark tools are all available to the user, and safely backed up to their profile should anything happen their iPad.

aPperbook provides a full service to publishers to enable the distribution of their current textbooks on iPads, so if you have a book that is not available, contact the aPperbook office and request that we approach the publisher.
