The all in one source for the Army Physical Fitness Test. Hear the standards, hear how much time you have remaining vocally, compute your APFT score, determine if you pass the Height and Weight standard, and save scores for later reference.

In the "Take the APFT" menu, you are prompted to enter your age and sex, and whether or not you'd like to hear the standards. At this point or at any other point in this menu, you can select your own playlist to play as you take the APFT. The Push-up, Sit-up, and 2-Mile run test screen tell you the score you need to max and the score you need to pass for your age and sex. Also, the Push-up and Sit-up screen give you vocal warnings when there is a minute, 30 seconds, and 10 seconds left in the test. Your overall score is then transfered to the APFT Calculator.

Within the APFT Calculator, you can determine your overall score and whether or not you passed. If you save your score, it will be saved into the Recorded Scores menu along with the date of the test for later review and retrieval.

The Height/Weight Calculator will determine the Weight or Body Fat % you require for your age, sex, and height. If you don't pass the weight test, you can enter your waist, neck, and hip measurement (hip only if you are a female) to determine your body fat %.
