This application is a great help to progressively reduce and quit smoking without too many sacrifices and stress free.

During the first few days of use, the user will have to only achieve two objectives:
become aware on the quantities and times of daily smoked cigarettes, and get used to click the "Smoke" always before lighting a cigarette. In this way the anti-smoking program is customized for each user with statistical calculations on the data provided.
