Take you out from the guess work of adjusting a TV antenna direction and find the bearing to the right broadcasting site within seconds. Antenna Helper is popularly used by professional installers, caraveners and DIYers.
The app uses your device's GPS and the magnetometer to find nearby over-the-air analogue, digitial TV (DTV) and HDTV signals and assists you choosing the bearing to the correct direction. Information provided by the app includes compass bearings to signals (direction), distance to signal towers, TV channel numbers, RF channel numbers, elevation, and frequency bands (UHV, Hi-V, Lo-V).
The app includes a database of all the transmitters and broadcasting sites parameters so it can work without an Internet connection.
