Application Description
Angel Eyes
Angel Eyes is an augmented reality iPhone application which helps the user take a snapshot of a person's face and change the eye color by overlaying 3D eyes. The user can use the app in both snapshot mode where the 3D eyes are overlaid on a snapshot as well as in live video feed mode, where the 3D overlay happens over a live video feed.
Have you ever thought what you would look like if you had green, blue, amber or hazel colored eyes? Angel Eyes is the app for you.
Based on face and feature detection software, 3D graphics and OpenGL, Angel Eyes lets you choose from more than 40 different eye colors.
In the live video mode the app does not do any motion detection or continuous processing of the live video feed. As of release 1.0.1 the live video feed is processed only once and if a face is detected then 3D eyes are overlaid. We hope to be able to do continuos processing of the video feed in a future release.
