Application Description
This edition of Anatomy of Yoga presents three separate asanas: the Heron pose (Krounchasana), a variation of Marichi's Pose (Marichyasana), and the Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana). Each beautifully-rendered pose can be rotated through 360-degrees to reveal an anatomically-correct depiction of the muscles and tendons used.
