Free app for medical students, nurses and doctors, from the makers of almostadoctor.com

A huge free medical encyclopaedia aimed at medical students, with articles written by junior doctors and medical students.
Accurate, concise and fast, the app will give you access to all the articles on almostadoctor.com on the go, without the need for an internet connection.
With hundreds of articles on practical skills and examinations, data interpretation, OSCEs, pharmacology, and, of course, clinical disease presentation.

•All the articles from almostadoctor.com, saved to your device. No loading, no need for an internet connection! Just instant access to the info you need. In an app that’s about the size of a music track.
•Automatic updates – every time a new article is added to almostadoctor.com, or an existing one is updated, it will automatically be synced to your device. (App checks for updates weekly)

** APP CRASHING ISSUE FIX** 29/04/2012 - UPDATE
We had a server issues around the 20th March, as a result of a huge number of visitors to our website, which caused our website to go down. As our app is linked to our website, this caused a problem for a small number of app users. The way the app interfaces with the website is not simple, and I won’t go into it now, but for a small number of users, this means their app will repeatedly crash unless they delete it and re-install it.
Rest assured our server problems are now resolved following an update on 29/04/2012, but if you’re still having app problems, please delete the app, and then re-install it. You may need to restart your device (hold down the power button until 'slide to power off' appears), in between deleting and re-installing the app.
We did suggest this fix earlier, however, it is now more robust and should work for ALL users following changes we have made to our server today, so please try this fix again if you have been previously unsuccessful.
