Alliance Merchant App is a multi-function app. First it allows a Merchant to check-in a customer using the camera by scanning the customer QR Code displayed on the Alliance Loyalty App or by entering using the customer email address. Second after scanning it allows a Merchant to see the total customer points and to redeem customer rewards by clicking on the reward. Third it allows a Merchant after scanning to add additional points if necessary. For example if it’s a special occasion for the customer checking in the Merchant can award 10 extra points.
