Application Description
The Airport Finder is designed to help you locate airports around the world using the latest mapping technology within the iPhone.
After selecting an aiport on the search screen you will be taken directly to a view of the airport on the Map Screen. You can zoom and pan around this map in the normal manner using your fingers and thumbs. The map, defaults to the "Standard" view, which is a drawn map. The other tabs below allow you to switch between Satellite and Hybrid views.
The Airport Finder provides you with some useful information, especially if you are a flight simulator enthusiast as you can determine the airport's elevation, international identity code and the airport's Latitude and Longitude.
