The Advanced Interactive Resources (AIR) Support App is designed to give healthcare professionals tools and utilities to help support and educate patients about conditions such as asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD).
The AIR Support App offers the following key features:
•Patient education materials across a range of topics, available in both Spanish and English
•Short Videos that help HCPs educate themselves and their patients on Asthma, COPD and Spirometry
•Savings card and free trial offer to send to patients
•Spirometry tool that allows the HCPs to simulate patient COPD results
•Access to quality measures such as ACO, CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS
•And more!
Many of the items available can be e-mailed through the app, making it easy to personalize and share key offers and educational materials with patients.
