Application Description
Welcome to your new best friend out in the field!
Agent Toolbox was developed with the aim to give you the best usability through simplicity to help you streamline everyday processes.
Please note this app is only able to be utilised by current subscribers to one of the supported applications listed at the bottom of this description.
The first version included the Open Home Manager. This allowed you to:
- Synchronise to download your property list and Open Homes to the iPad
- Add Open Home Attendees to the iPad easily and efficiently
- Easily see which details are filled in, which are mandatory and if you need to get more
- Do all of this offline so it happens quickly, easily and without any holdups
- Synchronise with your system again to send up Attendees to be added to the system
Our second update brings more key features of your subscribed system to you on the road instantly including:
- Address Book / Contact Profiles
- Stock List / Property Profiles
- Task List
- Appointments List
- Whiteboard Notes
Please note the System Mobile is an online-only module so you will need an active internet connection to use it.
We are constantly working on this app for you to assist in everyday tasks of the real estate agent and make your life easier.
