Application Description
Agent Ally is a tool for real estate agents to organize their clients and properties - both buyers and sellers and listings along with prospective homes for purchase. In addition, it serves as a mileage tracker and income and expense organizer to help with taxes at the end of your fiscal year.
The main function of this application is to organize showings to save you time and money.
If you have 10 showings with one client in one day, this application will allow you to input information about those listings - including broker and opposing realtor details - before you head out on the house hunt. It even includes a map function so going from property to property is a breeze.
For each property you see, Agent Ally allows you to input information about that listing for reference later.
This can be a big help in case a client has a question the next day about a property you saw. If a client asks you to contact the listing agent on one of those properties, you can quickly access the listing, and with one click, dial that person.
The same goes for the title company. Access to all details about that property are available quickly. This application also allows you to take a picture of that property and save it to the details section, which will include the address, title company information, price, days on the market and any other notes you might have added when you began the search.
