AgendaPad is designed for the manager or executive who wants to prepare and run effective meetings. Never walk into an unplanned, unproductive meeting again. Use AgendaPad to organize and manage every meeting and synchronize it with your iPad calendar.

This app has the following features:
- Create meeting agendas containing a title, location, attendees, topics, subTopics, topic-level action items, topic-level information items, and meeting level notes.
- Slide in/out views of subTopics, action items, and information items.
- Set topic duration for a well organized meeting.
- Access your iPad Address Book for selecting attendees.
- At-a-glance view of the meeting agenda and all data items.
- Ability to set the percentage complete status on action items. Highly useful for tracking one-on-one action items from week to week. (This is not intended to replace your day-to-day task tracking application.)
- Copy agendas into new meetings.
- Create meetings from your iPad Calendar reusing existing event title, location, duration, and notes.
- Synchronize your agenda with your iPad calendar. View your agenda details in Calendar or this app. Personally, I use this feature to retain meeting information on a long-term basis.
- Print the meeting agenda via AirPrint.
- Email the meeting agenda to yourself and attendees (who have email addresses).
