The Advantage Workout App is available to all clients participating in a personal training, nutrition, health coaching, or wellness program managed by Advantage Training, LLC. The AdvantageWorkout iOS App allows custom training sessions to be received on individual devices from the Advantage Training Service Hub. The client is guided through each of the prescribed training sessions, complete with a specific number of sets and repetitions for each exercise, as well as exercise videos to support the prescribed workout session . Results are sent back to the Advantage Training Service Hub for further analysis and support.

General Support Account Issues:

How do I setup my account?
Your private account is created within 7 working days of completing your Individual Performance Analysis and Performance Screening. The results serve as a benchmark for the types of exercises included in your workout program. You will receive an email notifying you when your account is ready.

What is my Company Domain?
Your Company Domain identifies the company or group you are part of. This information is provided to you by your group benefits provider. You will need to contact your benefits administrator for this information.

Can I change my Username?
Your Username is created by your benefits provider and matches other technologies you have access to. If you wish to change your Username across all technologies provided by your group, please contact your benefits administrator.

I will be leaving my company, can I set up an account directly with Advantage Training?
Unfortunately, we only provide our tools to companies and groups as part of the benefits program. When you exit the company, your account will remain active for approximately 30 days afterward, then it will be turned off.
