Application Description
As a Personal Trainer you're always on the go.
Your day starts early and finishes late and you need to find time to develop, document and demonstrate your client's programmes.
What if there was an App that did all the hard work for you?
ActivMate is the perfect App for fitness professionals who want to manage their business but is equally effective for anyone wanting to manage, track and share their fitness regime. All information is centrally stored so if you lose your phone, you will never lose your information! It's quick and simple to use:
- Book appointments directly to your calendar and to that of your clients - your clients can also see your schedule and book in times.
- Set up exercise locations so your clients know where they'll be training.
- Develop exercises, workouts and programmes for clients and share these with other personal trainers. If your clients download the app they'll be able to see the programmes that you've created for them. This is a great alternative to lugging around the old card and pencil.
- We've created an extensive library of exercises categorised according to body part and equipment used. You can use these exercises as they are, customise them, or create your own.
- Monitor your client's performance by tracking their weight and measurements as well as their progress with training (e.g. increase in reps or weights lifted etc.). All these measurements can be viewed graphically as well as numerically. It's also possible to take before and after photos and place them side-by-side to compare. All photos are date and time stamped and can be tagged and shared.
- If you want to demonstrate a particular exercise to your client that's not in the ActivMate library you can easily create video clips and upload them to the app.
- The App has built in quick sessions and timers for fast and simple training sessions and reminders (for trainers and clients) to ensure training sessions are not missed.
Want more? Going forward ActivMate will be extending the library of exercises, workouts and programs and will add a billing and financial management module.
