Activious has a large number of speech options to help you during your training including prompts to drink and refuel.

The app contains a series of "achievements" that you can aim to complete and track your progress towards.

Activious tracks your -

* Daily distance and time
* Weekly distance and time

During activities Activious shows -

* Your current and average paces (using GPS)
* Duration of activity
* Distance of activity (using GPS)
* Time of day
* Auto-pause and resume when no motion detected.
* Proximity sensor used to automatically turn off the display when you put the phone in a pocket or bag (this saves battery and prevents accidental touches)
