Application Description
The Active Viewer lets you monitor your Active Storage high-performance RAID systems on-the-go — directly from your iPhone.
Simply enter the publicly available IP address (or Bonjour address) of the Active Storage RAID systems that you'd like to monitor, and get an up to date display of the system performance and utilization.
All lights green mean 'all systems go' - a red light is a warning that one of the redundant field replaceable systems needs attention. You can simply dial Active Storage Support directly from inside the application - or dispatch a Storage Administrator exactly to the precise component identified by your Active Viewer.
FEATURES:
• Monitor multiple Active Storage RAID systems at once
• Get 'At-A-Glance' health indicators for each system's Power, Fans, Fibre Channel connectivity and System Temperatures
• See detailed system information such as uptime, rack location and network address
• Drill down to individual RAID Controller information such as firmware level, utilization, and cache memory battery backup health
• Look up RAID array information such as number of arrays and status
• Reveal Drive information such as number of individual drives and health
• Can use Wide Area Bonjour or direct IP addresses
• Dial Active Storage Support directly from inside the Active Viewer in case the system needs attention
