Accounts On Tap is the easy way to keep your accounting records including your sales invoices and business expenses, whether on paper or online.
No more filing, no more book-keeping; your Accounts are always available On Tap - what's not to like?!
* Just tap the Accounts On Tap logo, hover the phone over the invoice, receipt or screen and tap to capture the image. Choose a Category from a list, enter the amount, confirm the date
and you're done.
* Take responsibility for accepting, recording and posting items to your accounting system at the time you incur the cost.
* Reports comparing your sales, your spend or your profits so far against last month and previous year are always available instantly and without being connected to the web.
* For items of equipment you can take extra photos for insurance and security.
* You can then send the detail to your accountant, your employer or yourself.
* The scanned invoices are imprinted with the detail of their capture and recording making the copy held on the phone of greater value as a record than the original!
