Ever wondered where the most accessible coffee shop in your city is? Or the supermarket with the most friendly staff? Want to know which bus stops have shelters and seating? If you want to learn about the ‘ease of access’ of bus stops, rail stations, coffee shops, supermarkets and other places; then this app is for you.
As well as containing a growing amount of existing information from official sources about the access features at different places; the AccessAdvisr app allows you to upload ratings, comments, photo’s, videos and reviews of places you visit so they are shared with the community of people using the app. By using the app you benefit from being able to review the ratings and other content that the community of app-users has provided.
By contributing your views, based on your experiences, you will also help public authorities in the UK to target improvements to the design of accessible public services and facilities. Now everyone can be an AccessAdvisr….what are you waiting for?
