On Dec.2nd, 2011, citizens of UAE celebrated their national day for the 40th time: on December 2nd 1971 the nation of United Arab Emirates formally came into being from joining of the seven neighboring principalities accepting Abu Dhabi as the leading emirate, under their visionary leader the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
In the 40 years since the UAE has seen unparalleled growth in wealth and prestige, and it’s welcoming business environment has been home to businessmen and entrepreneurs of not only Middle Eastern nationalities but also aspiring and inspired men and women from all corners of the globe.
This application is our offer to help non-native residents and guest who live and work in UAE get a more colorful appreciation of this nation’s heritage and culture.
