Application Description
This app is based on number of exercises with the objective to stretch your visualization capability on the outdoor environment. It serves as your vehicle to escape from the stressful daily routines to a journey through beautiful landscape
In each exercise you will be asked to generate animated imagery of a particular scene in your mind based on 2D maps and instructions. Afterwards you will see a 3D movie for the scene that was described to you. This will give the advantage to compare your imagination abilities to the real landscape in motion.
The images you will making are more valuable than the 3D movies displayed, therefore notice the differences and use a journal to write them down. The reason these differences are important is to understand how does you mind translate instructions to images.
This is more than meditation program, it develop your visualization skills.
