Application Description
PLEASE NOTE: The 3 Columns Exercise App is for use by Clients of The Next Program only. A PIN code is required for use. Email your Guide or info@thenextprogram.com if you are a Client and need your PIN. This is the Guide version of the 3 Columns Application which allows the Guide to interact with the client versions through a local wifi network.
The 3 Columns Exercise App allows you to list those things in your life that you say you “Must Have” as distinguished from those things that are only “Nice To Have” and as opposed to those things you “Must Not Have.” You can add, delete, and swap items on these lists until you are satisfied. The App also allows your Guide to compare your list with your partner’s to reveal what things you have in common that you both say you “Must Have.”
When doing this exercise take the time to refine your lists over a series of days until you have things in your “Must Have” column that you really truly believe you must have. There are no right or wrong answers. If you really believe you “Must Have” something, then for the purposes of this exercise, you must have it.
